STATE CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD and its affiliated companies realize that staff is the worthiest resource because the staff in not only the necessary factor of the company operation but it is also the target of the successful construction. The progress of the company won’t reach at this high unless the cooperation from all staff. The company focuses to make staff satisfy and be proud of their work. The staff will feel that they are a part of the company and have the good attitude towards the company. Also, they are willing to struggle with all obstacles in their work with the company. They will share their accomplishment of work with the company as well.

To prevent and to protect the staff from the accident in all level, including the injured at work, staff will be encourage to join the activities and training about the measurement of the safety at work widely. Also, it is to promote the improvement of the positive attitude towards the safety and Health and Sanitation at work.

As apart of Thai society, the company was aware of the obligation to maintain the environment together with to operate the business of the company. This policy was written in accordance with the law and regulation about the environment. The company will treat with the environment with the standardized responsibility. The company, hence, support and encourage the staff to care and to recognize the importance of environment. This is the responsibility for all staff to bear.

STATE CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. and its affiliated companies realize that alcohol and all drugs can ruin the capability of the staff and can affect seriously to the safety, work efficacy, and work of the staff .The company, therefore, set up the criteria to prevent and protect the staff to have these in their possessions in company area. To attain this policy, the company has ruled the accepted regulation and punishment the staff that break this policy. The employment of the staff that is weak from addicted to the drug will be terminated.
